Policies
1. Dining Requirement
We do not accept table bookings for drinks only. All reservations must include the intention to dine from our food menu, with a minimum of one main course per guest.
2. Room Access
We reserve the right to allocate and reassign tables or areas within the venue as needed. While we aim to honor specific table requests, these cannot be guaranteed.
3. Reservation Cancellations
If a reservation is made under false pretenses (e.g., for drinks only), we reserve the right to cancel the booking.
4. Pushchair & Pram Policy
Due to limited space, we are unable to accommodate pushchairs or prams on Fridays and Saturdays. Please plan accordingly.
5. Service Charge
For groups of 10 or more, a discretionary service charge of 12.5% will be added to the final bill.
6. Corkage Policy
Customers who bring and consume their own drinks (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) on our premises will be charged a corkage fee of £35 per item.
- Applicability: This applies to any drink brought in and opened on site.
- Exemptions: Unopened beverages that remain unopened on the premises are exempt.
- Enforcement: The corkage fee will be added to the final bill.
7. External Cake & Dessert Policy
Guests bringing external cakes or desserts for consumption on-site will be charged a £10 fee.
- Applicability: This applies to any cake or dessert brought into the restaurant and consumed on the premises.
- Enforcement: The fee will be added to the final bill.
8. General Policies
- Notification: Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring your own drinks or desserts.
- Payment: Fees will be applied automatically to your bill during your visit.
- Non-negotiable: These fees apply to all customers who choose to bring external items.
9. Photography & Videography
By dining with us, you acknowledge that photography and videography may take place on the premises. Images and videos may feature guests and be used for marketing, promotional, or social media purposes. If you prefer not to be included, please inform a member of staff upon arrival.
